Veg-Pasta

Ingredients:
Pasta:
  2 cups pasta
  1 tbs olive oil
  1 tbs Salt
  2 carrots
  1/2 cup chopped green beans
  1/2 medium chopped capcicum
  1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Tomato sauce:
1 cup tomatoes
2 tbs Olive oil
1 tbs chopped basil
1 tbs Italian herb
1 tbs red chili flake
1 tbs salt to taste
1 tbs cornstarch
1 tbs suguar
Method:
step 1: In a large pot boil the water with salt and oil.
step 2: After water comes to the boil add the pasta.
step3: Cook the pasta Drain the water and set pasta aside.
step 4:Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat.
step 5; Add vegetables (carrot, green beans, capcicum, mushrooms, and saute until they are nearly tender.
Tomato Sauce:
step 6:Mix the cornstarch in ¼ cup of water and keep aside.
step 7: Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the basil, Italian herbs, and chili flakes stir and add tomatoes.
step 8: Let the tomatoes cook until they become pasty. Next add cornstarch, salt and sugar to the tomato sauce, cornstarch will give thickness .
step 9: Next add the saute vegetables to the sauce and cook for few minutes on medium heat until sauce come to the desirable thickness
step10: Heat the oil in a saucepan and add basil and chili flakes stir for few seconds.
step 11: Next add the drained pasta and saute for a minute until pasta is well coated with oil.
step12: finally mix vegetable sauce over the pasta, serve hot .
