Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:
  Mushroom – 1 pack
  Oil – 1 tsp
  Onion –  ½ no
  Green Chili – 3 nos
  Ginger Garlic Paste – 1½ tsp
  Curry Leaves – 1 bunch
  Tomato – 2 nos
  Coriander Powder – 3 tsp
  Mutton masala – 1 tsp
  Turmeric –  ¼ tsp
  Garam masala –  ¼ tsp
  Milagai Powder –  2 tsp

Method:
step1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard.
step2: Add the chopped onion, green chili, curry leaves and little salt.
step3: Fry till onion turns into golden brown.
step4: Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell leaves.
step5: Add the chopped tomato and fry for 2 minutes.
step6: Add mushroom and fry for a minute.
step7: Add turmeric,Coriander powder, Mutton masala and Milagai Powder , water – 1 cup, Garam masala and fry for a minute.
step8: Add required salt and ground coconut.
step9: Allow it to boil in medium high for 10 minutes.
step10: Reduce the flame and keep it on stove for 5 minutes.
step11. Now mushroom is ready to serve hot.
