Gobi Manchuriyan Fry

Ingredients:

Medium Size Cauliflower: 1
Maida Flour: 1 Cup
Corn Flour: 2Tbs
Salt To Taste
Red Chillies: 3
Chopped Green Chilies: 2
Red Chilly Powder: 1/2Tbs
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2Tbs
Chopped Spring Onions: 1/2Cup
Ajinomoto: A Pinch
Soya Sauce: 2Tbs
Tomato Sauce: 3Tbs
Capsicum: 1
Oil: 2Tbs

Method:

Step1: Cut the cauliflower.
Step2: Make a smooth batter of maida, corn flour,  ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and salt using water.
Step3: The batter should be in consistency.
Step4: In a frying pan heat oil for frying. Step5: Dip the cauliflower in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Step6: In another pan heat oil and add the left ginger & garlic paste, red chillies broken into halves and green chilies to it.
Step7: Stir for a minute and then add salt and chopped capsicum, and then add chopped spring onions.
Step8: Now add ajinomoto, soya sauce and tomato sauce to it.
Step9: Mix well and then add fried cauliflower and sprinkle cornflour, Toss well.
Step10: Finally garnish it with finely chopped spring onions.
Step11: Serve gobi manchurian HOT...
