Ingredients:
1.Curd - 3 cups (little sour)
2.Rice flour - 1tbs
3.Bengal gram - 1tbs
5.Turmeric powder - 1/4tps
6.Green chili - 2nos
7.Ginger - 1 inch piece finely chopped
8.Curry leaves - few
9.Mustard seeds - 1tsp
10.fenugreek seeds - 1tsp
Preparation:
Grind green chili, bengal gtam, ginger & mix with curd.(water consistency)
Method:
Step1: Heat oil, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add hing, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves. Saute for 2-3 seconds.
Step2: Now keep the flame in low, then add the mixture of curd and salt.
Step3: Remove the pan and garnish with coriander leaves.
Step4. Finally serve it with white rice.
