Ingredients:
finely chopped mint leaves: 1/2 cup
finely chopped coriander leaves: 1/2 cup
garlic: 3 pieces
green chillies: 3
chopped 1/4 inch ginger piece: 1
tamarind: small piece
salt to taste

Method:
Step1: Take garlic, chilli, ginger and salt in a jar of grinder.
Step2: Grind them until medium coarse consistency.
Step3: Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, tamarind and 3tbs of water.
Step4: Finally add salt and grind to a smooth paste.
Step5: Serve it with HOT Idly & Dosa.
