Dhal Powder

Ingredients:
1. Roasted Toor Dal - 2 Cups
2. Red Chillies - 12
3. Pepper - 2 Tbs
4. Sesame Seeds - 1 Tbs
5. Asafoetida - 1 Tbs
6. Dry coconut - 2 Tbs
7. Salt (for taste)
8. Jaggery (optional) - A Small Piece
9. Garlic - 20 Pieces
Method:
Step 1: Heat oil in a kadai . Add the chillies and fry for a minute then add the Roasted channa dal and groundnuts and fry for till they become light red in colour.
Step 2: Dry fry pepper, garlic, dry coconut, asafoetida and sesame seeds.
Step 3: Finally, add all items in a mixer and grind well to make a fine powder.
Step 4: Now mix the dhal powder with hot ghee rice and serve!!

it is a very healthy dish for all ages..!!
