Curry-Leaves Powder

Ingredients:
1. Curry Leaves - 2 Cup
2. Urdal - 1/2 Cup
3. Channa Dal - 1/2 Cup
4. Red Chilli - 10
5. Pepper - 1 Tbs
6. Asafoetida - 1 Tbs
7. Salt (for taste)
 
Method:
Step 1: Heat a pan, and dry fry the curry leaves.
Step 2: Pour some oil in the pan and add the Dals, red chillies and fry till the Dals becomes golden brown colour.
Step 3: Dry fry the pepper and asafoetida for sometime and keep aside.
Step 4: Finally add all the items and grind it in the mixture and also add salt for taste.
Step 5: Serve the "curry leaves powder" with rice cake(idly) or plain rice..
