Panakam

Ingredients:

Water - 1 cup
Powdered Jaggery - 3 tbs
Cardamom - 2 nos
Cloves - 2 nos
Dry Ginger (sukku)  - 1/4 tbs
Edible Camphor - a pinch
Tamarind Extract - 2 tbs
Salt - a pinch

Method:

Step1: Add crushed cardamon & crushed clove in a cup of water.
Step2: Then add tamarind extract, powdered jaggery, edible camphor and a pinch of salt & leave it for an hour.
Step3: Finally filter it and serve it in a glass.
