Lassi

Ingredients:

Yogurt/Curd ( Chilled ) - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 10 tps
Cold Milk - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2
Almond - 5
Ice Cubes - as required

Method:

  1. Take the yogurt, cardamom powder, water and sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend till the yogurt is evenly blended.
  3. Don't over do as then you will get butter floating on top.
  4. Serve lassi in tall glasses.
  5. Add crushed ice cubes, garnish lassi with some cardamom powder and sliced almonds.
  6. Serve the sweet lassi.
  7. You can also chill lassi and then serve.
