Ingredients:
1/2 cup Tomato Paste
3 Onion
1 1/2 tbs Ginger Paste
2 Green Chilly
1 cup Mava
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 tbs Red Chili Powder
1/4 tbs Turmeric
1/2 tbs Garam Masala
2 tbs Ghee
Method:
Step 1: Cut paneer in square pieces, grind onion, ginger, green chilly & Grate mava.
Step 2: Heat ghee in a pan. Add onion & tomato paste and cook on medium flame till ghee begins to separate.
Step 3: Add mava, cream. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala. Add paneer pieces with 1/2 cup of water when the gravy thickens put off the flame.
Step 4: finally serve hot
