
Ingredients:
Any Fish (sliced) - 1/2 kg
Chilli Powder - 2 tbs
Coriander Powder - 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Lime Juice - 3 tbs
Onion - 1
Method:
Step 1: Mix Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder with lime juice to make a paste.
Add more lime juice to achieve the consistency of a loose paste.
Step 2: Apply the masala to the surface of the fish and leave it for half an hour.
Step 3: Place tava on stove and add 3 spoons of oil.
Step 4: As soon as the pan gets hot, put the pieces of fish on it & fry for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Reverse the direction of the fish / slices and leave for another 5
minutes
Step 6: Reverse the direction of the fish and leave for another 5
minutes.
Step 7: Finally remove fish & garnish with onions and a slice of lime.
