Ingredients:
1. Roasted Blackgramdhal (powdered) - 1 cup
2. Roasted Rice (powdered) - 1/4 cup
3. Jaggery - 1/2 cup
4. Grated Coconut - 50 gm's
5. Cardamaom - a pinch
6. Ghee - 25 gm's
7. Salt for taste (optional)
Method:
Step 1: Take 2 cups of water in a pan and boil it.
Step 2: Add roasted blackgramdhal powder and roasted rice powder and stir it continuously.
Step 3: When it become hard add 1/2 cup of jaggery and stir it well.
Step 4: Finally add ghee, cardamom powder & grated coconut to kali, now serve it HOT..
