Rava Laddu

Ingredients:

 Rava - 2 cups
Ghee - 5 tbs
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Sugar (powdered) - 1 cup
Milk - 3/4
Cardamom Powder - a pinch
Cashew Nuts - 10

Method:

Step 1: Roast the rava mixture until the colour changes to a light brown. The process of roasting the rava will take about 5-6 mins. 
Step 2: Once the rava is browned lightly, turn off the flame and slowly add the milk.
Step 3: Add powdered sugar, ghee, grated coconut, roasted cahsew nuts, cardamom powder & mix well
Step 4: Finally make a small rounded balls, now rava laddu is ready....
